Is yoga for everyone?
Yoga is accessible to everyone. Our mission is to provide an open and comfortable environment and resources for anyone who has an interest in Yoga. Men, women, pregnant women, children, athletes and seniors are welcome.
How much are your yoga classes?
After eating, how long should I wait before yoga?
Allow at least 2 hours to pass after your last meal before you practice.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable fitting clothing for stretching.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a yoga mat and water.
I've never been to a Your Inner Yogi class before. What is my first step?
If new to class please arrive at least 10-15 minutes earlier to fill out a quick registration form and discuss any injuries/health issues before class.
