A lifelong student, Dr. Krishana has been fascinated with how the body moves and heals since childhood. Krishana was initially introduced to yoga by her father through the form of meditation; Pratyahara, Dharana, & Dhyana, before the age of 5 and decided to further her practice in 2007 practicing asana more
frequently. With yoga, Krishana is able to reconnect mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Dr. Krishana Clark is a chiropractor in North Carolina focusing on listening and gently nurturing ones body to health. As chiropractic and yoga are great resources for healing and wellness Krishana decided to obtain her 200hr training certification from Wilmingto Yoga Center at the beginning of 2017.
In each class, you are asked to nurture your body/mind and challenge yourself for the transformation that occurs both on and off the mat. A lover of great music and deep breathing, each class will be filled with acoustic breaths and vibrant sounds to carry you through from one pose to the next.
