Hi! My journey with yoga began as an attempt to grow taller, but later turned into my ultimate confidence booster. It reaffirmed my capabilities and it was a great way to keep me in a growth mindset. As I strayed from the physical Asana practice, I began to miss that 5 minute Savasana (Corpse Pose) after each sequence and eventually, I began practicing meditation to keep my mind still. The inner peace I was able to achieve by quieting my mind allowed me to release the fears that kept me from forging my own path with confidence. Suddenly, fears became illusions and I felt immense support on my journey. This support is what led me to start LifePAUSE Mental Wellness  LLC and become a Yoga Teacher. I remember thinking to myself “I HAVE to tell people about this!” I spent so much time looking for a “pause” button in life and I finally found it through meditation. I knew I wanted to guide others in this peaceful practice and so far it has been a beautiful experience.

For me, Yoga has been a way of life. It is instrumental in releasing trapped, unneeded energy from our vessels and allows us to find balance in our lives. Join me for a group or private session to learn more about the philosophies of yoga while practicing movement or meditative breath-work with guided visualizations.
