Libby Campo

Graduate of the esteemed Institute of Authentic Tantra© the only Tantra government accredited institute in the world. She is a Certified Authentic Tantra© Practitioner, Practitioner of Natural Healing, and ABS Certified Sexologist. Her approach to Tantra is deeply rooted in Ancient Tibetan Tantra, specifically drawing from Vajrayana tantric practices within the Shangpa Kagyu lineage. She skillfully combines these ancient traditions with a holistic framework, incorporating the transformative power of the five elements, sex and trauma education, and somatic healing. In addition, she brings her expertise in various yoga disciplines to provide personalized coaching for women, couples, groups, and retreats.

What is Tantra Yoga?

Many different schools of Tantra exist, and their practices and beliefs can vary significantly.

  • Tantra is often regarded as the most profound form of Yoga, as it integrates the mind, body, spirit, and sexuality.
  • In the essence of Yoga, which means “to yoke” or unite, Tantra provides a holistic approach that embraces an individual’s emotional, energetic, and physical aspects.
  • The term “Tantra” itself signifies the weaving of sound, light, and form, emphasizing the practice of embodiment. Life and practice are inseparable in Tantra, promoting a unified existence.

5 Ways the 8 Limbs of Yoga philosophy aligns yoga as a life practice and the embodiment of mind, body, spirit, and sexuality.

1. Holistic Health and the Eight Limbs: The eight limbs of yoga (Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi) provide a comprehensive framework for integrating mind, body, spirit and sex.
