Inspired by Baduizm and born from my own journey of self-discovery, Ajeéizm is not just a  business—it’s a movement. Ajeéizm represents the pursuit of knowing thyself through  spiritual practice, holistic wellness, and the power of breath, mind, and body alignment.  My mission is to help others tap into their own unique flow of life-enhancing knowledge,  finding what resonates deeply within and using it to create lasting transformation.

I found yoga during a time when I was seeking an escape, but instead, I discovered a safe  haven that brought me back home to myself. Three years later, I decided to deepen that  connection by attending yoga teacher training. Choosing Your Inner Yogi for my  certification was the best decision I could have made. The love, grace, and spiritual  alignment offered through the training were exactly what my soul needed. As a practitioner  of Queen Afua’s sacred woman journey and a lifelong student of holistic wellness, I invite  you to join me in the transformative practice of yoga, meditation, and sacred cleansing.

As a certified yoga instructor and spiritual guide, I offer a range of personalized services to  support your healing journey. These include yoga and meditation sessions to align mind,  body, and soul, sacred cleansing practices, as well as tarot and oracle readings for deeper  spiritual insight. My goal is to create a sacred space where your individual needs are  honored and supported.

Through Ajeéizm, I also provide holistic detox and replenish juice cleanses designed to  rejuvenate your body and access dormant energy. All of my offerings are rooted in the  belief that true healing begins from within, empowering you to heal yourself when guided  with care and intention.
